A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2013 Highest 1530"

1. On December 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00 on December 12, 201, the first half of 201, 201, was assaulted on the part of the victim, who was in a relationship with the Defendant on the second half of the soup Dopung-gu, Busan, on the second half of the soup Dop-gu; (b) reported the form of the victim’s conversations with another male; and (c) assaulted on the part of the victim on two occasions with the hand.

2. On December 201, 201, the Defendant committed assault around 22:00 as of the end of December 201, 201, on the fifth floor of the HHHG building operated by the Defendant in Busan YY G, the Defendant was in the process of pursuing the said victim’s telephone conversations with another male before the said victim E, and assaulted the victim’s her hand at least three times.

3. Destruction of and damage to property on January 6, 2012;

A. On January 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00, on the ground that the said victim E was unable to receive the Defendant’s mobile phone; and (b) collected and damaged the victim’s market price owned by the said marina branch on the ground that the said victim E did not receive the Defendant’s mobile phone; and (c) collected and damaged the victim’s share of KRW 2,00,000 in total; and (d) collected and damaged the victim’s share of the said marina branch.

B. On January 6, 2012, at around 22:00, the injured Defendant suffered injury to the victim’s face with multiple times and several fingers from the house of the victim E, which is located in the city of YY-gu, Busan, and led the victim to a multiple-time injury, such as a multi-draceous transfusion, for which approximately three weeks of treatment is required.

4. Violence, coercion, intimidation, or injury around November 29, 2012;

A. Around 13:00 on November 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim E on the part of the victim on the part of his/her hand when he/she into the charge that the telephone content of another male who is different from the victim E is doubtful; and (b) assaulted the victim at one time on the part of his/her hand.

B. The Defendant forced the victim E at the date, time, and place specified in the above paragraph (a) of this Article by threatening the victim E to “I cannot live before writing each letter,” and forced the Defendant to prepare each letter by KRW 50,000 per day until the victim who does not have an obligation to prepare each letter for three years reaches a total of KRW 50 million.
