A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around March 8, 2011, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the ground that the victim E (here, 18 years of age), who is his/her native in Suwon-gu, Busan, was late at the married bath, on the grounds that he/she did not hear such speech, and that he/she committed assault against the victim at once by drinking the victim.

3.
