A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant dealt with the Metropha (copopon, hereinafter “coponon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On November 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase a phiphone from a person who had contacted with c’s c’s “C”; (b) transferred 700,000 won from the D’s account (E) designated by the said phiphone seller to 300,000 won; and (c) purchased phiphones by means of bringing one gram of the phiphone, which the said phiphone seller hidden in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the same day, in selling a phiphone at around 02:00, when selling a phiphone, at around 02:00.

B. On November 27, 2017, at around 20:24, the Defendant remitted 700,000 won to the seller of the non-namephone in the same manner as the above 1-A, and on the same day, around 22:30 of the same day, the Defendant purchased the phiphone by means of bringing one gram of the philophone (g) concealed by the seller of the philophone in the instant non-commercial hydrant located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Station.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On November 8, 2017, the Defendant, at around 03:00, 03:0, put in a mutual influoric telephone at an influoric telecom near the station located in the territory of the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant administered phiphones by means of injectinging 0.05g (g) with cluoricon into his left cluor.

B. On November 28, 2017, the Defendant, around 10:0, 10 U.S. F. F. 302, and 0.05g of philophonephones in a injection machine, dilution with bio-biologicals, and administered philophones in a way of injecting them into their own left arms.

On January 1, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting 0.05g philophones at the Defendant’s residence located in Daejeon-dong G Building 103, and dilution with balophones, and administering philophones by inserting 0.05g g) to his left arms.

On March 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as the above-mentioned No. 2(c) around 12:00, 00 aphilopon 0.
