A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in the conduct of arranging sexual traffic, etc. for business purposes.

Nevertheless, from October 7, 2013 to July 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) provided employees D, E, F, and G, etc. with the said officetel leased from around 508, 509, 515, and 1003 during the period from around October 7, 2013 to around 15, and (b) provided an advertisement letter for commercial sex acts with employees D, E, F, and G; (c) provided the said officetel; and (d) provided the said officetel with bed, table, air conditioners, three-dimensionals, red sea bags, etc.; and (d) provided a large number of men who had contacted reported the advertisement with the said female employees and received the price for commercial sex acts.

As a result, the Defendant received an average of 140,000 won from many men, such as I who found the above business place, in consideration of sexual traffic, and conducted commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts by receiving 40,000 won from them and giving 10,000 won to the said female employees

From October 7, 2013 to April 4, 2014, Article 25 of the Act on the Punishment of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic: 18.99 million to April 4, 2014: gains (i.e., KRW 16 million to KRW 2.99 million) - monthly average of KRW 3.2 million (i.e., KRW 160,000 to KRW 2.2 million x 20 days) - the defendant stated that he/she has earned profits of KRW 2.50,000 per day except those paid to the women of sexual traffic, but he/she has stated that he/she has received KRW 1.30,00 won per day, average gross income of KRW 50,000 per day (No. 2: 73-74) and KRW 90,000 per day in return for sexual traffic.
