A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 29, 2015, at around 16:40 on April 29, 2015, the Defendant damaged the Defendant’s property damage to ensure that the repair cost is under the market value by launching the warehouse shuttles of the victim C’s operation D, where the Defendant satising the drinking together with the drinking together in front of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, with no appraisal satisfing.

2. 공무집행방해 및 상해 피고인은 2015. 4. 29. 16:50경 위 D 앞 도로에서 위 제1항과 같이 셔터문을 차며 소란을 피우던 중 112신고를 받고 출동한 울주경찰서 E파출소 소속 순경인 피해자 F(28세)으로부터 현행범 체포되자 G 순찰차 26호의 뒷문을 발로 약 10회 걷어차고, 위 순찰차에 탑승한 후 순찰차 내부에 설치된 격벽을 발로 약 3회 차면서 위 순찰차의 조수석에 앉아 있던 피해자의 뒤통수를 발로 약 2회 걷어찼다.

After that, at around 17:05 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) was set up in front of the police box located in Ulsan-gun H, Ulsan-gun; (b) the Defendant resisted the victim, intending to take the knives of the Defendant’s hand while leaving the police box; and (c) embling the victim’s right part by asking the victim’s right part; and (d) assaulted the victim.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 Reporting Cases, and at the same time, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as the inspection and injury to the right side which requires treatment for about two weeks.

3. At around 16:50 on April 29, 2015, the Defendant damaged public goods to walk the said patrol vehicle as described in the foregoing paragraph (2) so that approximately KRW 605,482 of the repair cost is damaged, and at around 17:10 on the same day, the Defendant damaged the equipment to take a map within the two areas, which were installed at the said E box, to take place at around KRW 1,00,000 for the repair cost.
