1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. On July 17, 2015, at around 11:30 on July 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) ordered food to the victim; and (b) obtained the delivery of 1 to the victim 13,000 won in total of the market price and 2 to the victim 13,000 won in the mix of “D” restaurant operated by the victim B in Busan Young-gu, Busan, but did not have the intent or ability to pay the food value even if ordering food.

B. On July 17, 2015, at around 16:45, the Defendant ordered food to the victim E at the “G” restaurant operated by the victim E in Busan Young-gu, Busan, even though he did not have the intent or ability to pay the food value even if he orders the food, the Defendant received the order of food from the victim and acquired the 1st and 1st and 1st and 1st and 2nd from the victim.

2. 업무 방해 피고인은 위 2의 나 항 기재 일시, 장소에서 술에 취하여 아무런 이유 없이 위 식당의 손님인 성명 불상의 여성에게 “ 씹할 년 밥이나 처먹지 뭐란 다고 쳐 다보 노 눈까리를 쑤시뿔 라 개 같은 년 뭘 보 노 씨 발년.” 이라고 욕설을 하고, 이에 피해자 E 과 위 식당 종업원들이 경찰에 신고를 하려 하자, “ 씨 발년 들아 신고 해봐 라. 한번 어떻게 되는지 보자. 씨 발 년들” 이라고 욕설을 하는 등 위력을 행사하여 약 30분 동안 피해자의 식당 영업 업무를 방해하였다.
