Punishment of the crime

On November 25, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant discovered the victim E (W, 24 years old) who walked along the street in front of the D bank located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim by driving away the victim's body after the victim's back, while the victim's knife with the right hand part of the victim's knife at the right hand.
