Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the parties is a local public enterprise established on December 21, 198 with the aim of contributing to the stabilization of citizens’ residential life and the improvement of their welfare through the development and supply of housing sites, the construction and improvement of housing, etc. on December 21, 198, and the name was changed from the EP to the Seoul Housing Urban Corporation on September 1, 2016.
