Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall designate its use and obtain permission therefor from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service.

Nevertheless, on April 2014, the Defendant diverted a mountainous district in a manner that cuts a mountainous district of 1,050 square meters in total with a size of 1,050 square meters using a refrigerator without obtaining permission from the competent authority for conversion of a mountainous district and sets a stone shed.
