Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall convert the mountainous district for a specified purpose after obtaining permission from competent authorities.

Nevertheless, on March 2013, 2013, the Defendant converted the use of 1,574 square meters of a mountainous district into farmland in Daegu-gun, Daegu-gun, Daegu-gun, without obtaining permission from the competent authority for conversion of a mountainous district, and converted the use of 1,574 square meters of a mountainous district into a mountainous district with a height of 1m or more in C by stockpiling a stone shed with a height of 30m or more.

As such, the Defendant diverted a mountainous district of 1,604 square meters in total without obtaining permission for conversion of mountainous district.
