A Co., Ltd. is a business owner of a corporation established for the purpose of building construction business in Mayang-si C and 2 stories D, and Defendant A is a person who actually operates a stock company B and is a safety and health manager who exercises overall control over matters concerning safety and health of its employees.

The corporation B was performing the construction of neighborhood living facilities by contract from E to E in the net city of 200.

1. Defendant A

A.
