Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. Special larceny Defendants entered a warehouse located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, on November 2, 2013, through a door, and divided into 85,000,000 won of the market price of the victim E-owned by the victim, who was kept in custody at the same time, and stolen and stolen a car on board, as indicated in the separate crime list from around that time to January 9, 2014, the total market price of 284,100,000 won was stolen over 11 times in total.
As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of another's property jointly.
B. 2. On December 23, 2013, at around 03:30 on December 23, 2013, Defendant A entered the I parking lot located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, with a key attached, and parked without a number plate, the victim J-owned market value of KRW 9,000,000, the victim J-owned market value of which was parked without a number plate, was installed front and rear, and up to the el apartment parking lot located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu.
