A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is obliged to repay the money borrowed from the victim in the event that he does not actually marry with the victim. However, the defendant has no intention or ability to repay the money even if he borrowed money from the victim due to the lack of the income of carpets and singing singing in the defendant's operation.

As above, the Defendant received a total of KRW 135,090,000 from around 20 to March 24, 2007, including a false statement from the victim and received KRW 3,500,000 from the victim.
