1. On June 2017, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that, while working as a business member of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 1st floor and C agency around the end of June 2017, the Defendant would make a payment for Q car to the victim and N., that “The Defendant would make an installment payment from the remitted money if he/she remitted KRW 7,265,60 to himself/herself.”

However, in fact, the defendant had to pay 3.5 million won each month by stating that he would have already made an installment payment to other persons. The defendant had a personal obligation of about 400 million won such as apartment loan 190 million won, AO loan 186 million won, AO loan 186 million won, the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation loan 100 million won, and the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation loan 100 million won, and even if he received money from the victim, he did not have any intention or ability to pay the money in lieu of the victim's installment payment obligation.

Nevertheless, around June 29, 2017, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 7,265,600 from the post office account (O) in the name of the Defendant as the vehicle price from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. Around August 2017, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “Around August 2017, the Defendant purchased a passenger car in the name of the victim as it requires a car sales performance to become a sales site for the said victim, and transferred the vehicle to the Defendant, he/she paid the installment, and sold the vehicle to another person.”

However, in fact, the defendant had to pay 3.5 million won each month by stating that he would have already paid an installment to other persons, and paid 190 million won for apartment loans that the defendant had resided, 186 million won for AO obligations, and Korea Labor Welfare Corporation.
