1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 53,097,90 and KRW 20,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 53,09,00 from April 1, 2007, and KRW 33,097,90.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in the changed cause of claims; and

2. Judgment deeming confessions: Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. Part partially dismissed: The statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed from 20% per annum to 15% per annum.

[The provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Enforcement Decree) were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015] It is clear in the record that the duplicate of the complaint against the defendant was served on November 19, 2015. As such, the subsequent damages for delay shall be subject to 15% per annum. The excess portion is dismissed as it is without merit.
