1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 426,465,750 as well as KRW 400,000,000, among them.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Since the amendment of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings to the effect that the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is changed from 20% per annum to 15% per annum (the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings) was promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015, the damages for delay from October 1, 2015 shall be dismissed
