1. The Plaintiff and D, on November 1, 2014, indicated in the claim, are subject to the Defendants’ order 1-A.

The building mentioned in the paragraph was leased as security deposit 25 million won, monthly rent 1950,000 won (excluding value-added tax), management expenses 50,000 won (excluding value-added tax), and period from November 28, 2014 to November 28, 2016.

The Defendants paid only KRW 15 million among the above deposit, and did not pay KRW 10,817,500 out of the total amount of rent and management expenses until August 11, 2015.

Since the Plaintiff terminated the above lease contract, the Defendants are obligated to deliver the above building to the Plaintiff, and pay the amount calculated by applying the rate of KRW 10,817,500 to the rent and management fee in arrears from August 12, 2015 to the completion date of delivery of the above building.
