1. The Defendants jointly deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff, and from September 1, 2019, KRW 8,610,000 and KRW 8,610.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the owner and lessor of the building indicated in the attached list (hereinafter “instant building”). The Defendants are the lessee of the instant building.

B. On October 16, 2012, the Plaintiff and the Defendants concluded a lease agreement with the term of lease from October 15, 2012 to October 14, 2014, the lease deposit of KRW 13,000,000, and the monthly rent of KRW 650,000 (the last day of each month, payment, value added tax separately), and the Defendants began to conduct business in the instant building after paying the said deposit.

C. On November 8, 2013, the Plaintiff concluded a lease agreement between the Defendants on November 8, 2013 with the term of lease from November 7, 2015, the lease deposit amount of KRW 30,000,000, the monthly rent of KRW 1,350,000 (the last day of each month, the value-added tax), the management fee of KRW 50,00 (the last day of each month, the payment of the value-added tax, and the value-added tax separately).

The above contract was implicitly extended for one year from October 8, 2016 to November 7, 2017, lease deposit amounting to KRW 30,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,700,000 (payment on the last day of each month, separate assessment of value-added tax), management fee of KRW 50,000 (excluding value-added tax), and then it was extended for two times every year.

On April 2, 2019, the Plaintiff notified the Defendants of the termination of a lease agreement on the grounds that the Defendants delayed rent, etc. for five months (on the grounds of rent for at least three years), and the Defendants received it on April 3, 2019, the following day.
