Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On August 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special bodily injury in the Incheon District Court’s Vice-Support and two years of suspended execution, and became final and conclusive on December 29, 2016.

1. In relation to the construction of a new warehouse and office on the land of 620 square meters of 920 square meters of the victim E and Y owned by the Defendant, the Defendant: (a) with respect to the construction of a new warehouse and office on the land of the Si-si, Si-si; and (b) with respect to the construction of the above G and 500 million won, even if the victims provided the above G land and 500 million won, the Defendant did not intend to provide the victims with the construction fund of 310 million won; (c) rather, as if the above construction of the G and 50 million won were paid at normal cost of the new warehouse and 20 million office, the Defendant was a plan to receive money from the victims by transfer to the account designated by the Defendant again; and (d) on September 9, 2015, the victims and victims entered into an agreement with the Defendant on the execution and construction of the above G and 500 million won with the victims, and (e) the Defendants shared the construction proceeds of 500 billion won.

In addition, the Defendant had the victims transfer the total amount of KRW 95 million from October 5, 2015 to February 1, 2016 to the K bank account (K) of the J (J), which is a ready-mixed company in connection with the above construction work, and acquired a total of KRW 190,650,000,000,000 from L to the Saemaul Treasury account in the name of the Defendant through L, as shown in the list of crimes.
