A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

10,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Ulsan District Court on August 17, 2012, sentenced ten months to be sentenced to a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and on April 4, 2013, is not a person who has completed the execution of the sentence at the Ulsan Detention Center, and is not a narcotics handler.

At around 06:00 on July 16, 2013, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03 grams of psychotropic drugs at the Defendant’s house located in Busan East-gu C Apartment 402, Busan-gu, for a single-use injection machine, and injected them into the following blood cells, which are melted as water.

1. The reason for sentencing under the proviso of Article 67 of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (100,000 won at the time of sale) is that the Defendant again committed the instant crime during the period of repeated crimes despite having been sentenced to criminal punishment for the same kind of crime. It is so decided as per Disposition in consideration of all the circumstances, including the background, means, and methods leading to the instant crime.
