On May 24, 2016, at around 21:05, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim of the police officer D (50 years of age) belonging to the Seoul Sungdong Police Station, who had been under the influence of alcohol, among many unspecified persons on the roads front of the Seongdong-gu Seoul apartment commercial building, on the ground that “The Defendant was the victim of the police station of the Seoul Sungdong Police Station, who was under the influence of alcohol” and “Is the Defendant, who was the victim of the instant police station: (a) “Is that I am to the delivery of a large number of motor vehicles,” and (b) “Is the Defendant am to the Defendant, including, but not limited to, what I want to do, Is. Is. am. I do. am. I do.
