A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. 모욕 피고인은 2019. 6. 6. 20:10경 안산시 단원구 B시장 앞에서, ‘인사불성이 된 여자 손님이 있다. 경찰을 불러달라고 한다’는 112신고를 받고 출동한 C파출소 소속 순경 피해자 D로부터 귀가를 권유받자, 행인 약 10명이 듣고 있는 가운데 피해자에게 “이 씨발 놈아, 부모한테 교육도 못 받았니, 이 개새끼야 그러면서 국민의 경찰이야, 개 쌍놈의 새끼들아, 이 개씨부랄 놈들아!”, “현충일인데 순찰차에 태극기를 왜 달지 않냐, 너희들이 국가 경찰이야, 개새끼들아, 쌍놈의 새끼들, 이런 씹쌔끼들아, 너희들이 국가 경찰이야, 씨발놈아!” 등 약 30분간 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
