A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for larceny, etc. on May 1, 2012, and was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for larceny, etc. on September 24, 2014, and was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Changwon District Court Branch on September 24, 2014, and on February 12, 2016, 3.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. On January 18, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime on January 18, 2018, on the street in front of “D” located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, and the Defendant found the victim F to be divingd under the influence of alcohol on the part of the driver’s inside and outside of the E-car parked, opened the steering knife of the said vehicle without correction, and entered into it, followed the victim’s left Australia, and entered 1.28 million won in cash, and 1.28 million won in cash. However, according to the victim’s written statement, the Defendant appears to have been stolen one million won check, cash, and 280,000 won.

The Agricultural Credit Card No. 1 and the Agricultural Cooperative Card No. 1 have been in effect.

B. On May 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on May 9, 2018, on the street in front of “H restaurant” located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si G on May 23:47, 2018; (b) discovered that the victim J himself was under the influence of alcohol and opened a knife of the said vehicle without correction; (c) entered into the said knife, and subsequently, carried 200,000 won in cash owned by the victim; and (d) carried 200,000,0000,000,000,000,000 won in the said knife.

As a result, the Defendant, who was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to the crimes of Articles 329 through 331 of the Criminal Act, stolen another’s property.

2. The Defendant, on May 31, 2018, embezzled of possession: (a) on the street in front of “L” located in K in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si.
