A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the Defendant acquired the means of access for electronic financial transactions from Nonindicted K.

4. The Defendant at around 10:00 on January 30, 2015, in front of one bank located in the central Dong-dong, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul.
