1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 350 million to the Plaintiff; and (b) KRW 25% per annum from September 11, 2015 to February 19, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

1. On July 10, 2015, the Plaintiff, as indicated in the claim, lent KRW 350 million at interest rate of KRW 250 million at 25% per annum and due date of repayment on September 10, 2015, and the Defendant, upon lending money to the Plaintiff at the time of the Plaintiff, jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant’s loan obligations against the Plaintiff at the time of lending money, thus seeking the payment of the guaranteed obligation against the Defendant (Article 208(2)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
