Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative of the “DPC room” in the 3th floor of the Daegu Dong-gu C Building, and the victim E (V, 22) is a temporary employee in the said “DPC room”.
