A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2016, the Defendant paid KRW 30 million to the victim on the condition that the mother of the Defendant, who is the mother of the Defendant, would look at the F church located in Bosung-gun E before the Victim D operated. 1. 예배 방해 피고인은 2016. 8. 7. 10:00 경 전 남 보성군 E에 있는 피해자 운영의 F 교회 예배당 내에서 목 사인 피해 자가 신도 G 등 4명과 함께 주일 낮 예배를 드리고 있었음에도 예배당 교단 옆에 있는 화이트 보드 칠판에 ‘ 양심껏 살아 라 ’라고 글씨를 쓰고, 예배당 내를 팔짱을 끼고 왔다 갔다 하며 돌아다니는 등 약 25 분간 피해자가 주관하던 위 교회의 예배를 방해하였다.
