Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the D church, which is a wedding of the C church, and the victim E is a person who has been working as a member of the D church from December 1, 2015 to a member of the D church.

On June 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was in front of the distribution of D church churches in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) was divided into the forces supporting the G that the said C church established and the opposing church reform council; and (c) was under conflict, the victim E supported the church reform council; and (d) prevented the victims who want to enter the church into the church as the main part of the church in order to continue the demand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the worship of the victim and his believers.
