Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On April 6, 2019, the Defendant driven the above taxi on April 22 and 18, 2019, and proceeded from the side of the D market to the name-wheeled plane according to one lane in front of the Busan East-gu C.

Ultimately, the Defendant: (a) by such occupational negligence, caused the victim E to suffer injury to less than two wounds that need to be treated for about 6 months; (b) caused the victim I, who is the passenger of the said rocketing taxi, to suffer injury, such as satisfying that requires approximately 11 weeks of treatment; (c) injury to the victim G, such as satisfy, tensions, etc. of the bones of trees that require approximately 3 weeks of treatment; (d) injury to the victim J, who is the passenger of the said bus, to undergo approximately 2 weeks of treatment; (e) injury to the satfy, tension, etc. of the satfy that requires approximately 2 weeks of treatment; (e) injury to the satch, satfy, etc. in need of approximately 2 weeks of treatment; (e) injury to the victim L; (e) injury to the satisfy field that needs to be treated for approximately 2 weeks of treatment; and (e) injury to the victim G during two weeks of treatment.
