A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

1. Violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection;

가. 피고인은 2012. 10. 16. PC방 등의 불상의 장소에서 컴퓨터를 이용하여 개인블로그(C)를 개설하여, 그 블로그 게시판에 피해자 D의 가족사진을 게시하면서 ‘D 년을 고발합니다 이름:D 1979년생 D 딸 이름:E F D 주소:인천 광역시 남동구 G아파트 동 층 호 D 이년이 지가 사는 집에서 H이라고 이름만 공부방으로 만들고 아이들 돌본답시고 아이들 성추행 하는 년입니다 실상은 아이들 돌보는 식모일 하는 년이 지 사는 집에서 남자아이.여자아이 가리지 않고 성추행 맡겨놓은 아이들은 중요부위가 모두 벌겋게 돼고 헐어서 온답니다 그리고 아이들에게 D년이 지 보쥐를 빨아 달라고 한다더군요‘ 라는 글을 게시하는 것을 비롯하여 2012. 6. 17.부터 2013. 3. 13.까지 별지 범죄일람표 1 기재와 같이 합계 18건의 글을 게시하였다.

B.
