Punishment of the crime

On July 30, 2013, at around 08:10 on July 30, 2013, the Defendant was boarding a private taxi operated by the victim B (59 years of age) in a written pen located in Busan-dong, Busan-dong, and was able to go away from the resignation distance in Busan-dong. After having arrived at the destination, the Defendant reported 112 to the nearby 1 public security center.

After that, at around 09:45 on the same day, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by referring the victim as “the person who is responsible for tax calculation, the person responsible for tax calculation, and the person responsible for tax payment,” among the two police officers and the person responsible for tax payment, on the ground that the Defendant would leave the taxi in front of the resignation 1 Public Security Center located in the Dong-dong, Busan.
