Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On June 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on June 1, 2013, 02: (b) laid off a string machine installed and operated by the injured party B in front of the restaurant located in the Dondong-dong, Busan; and (c) cut off 13,000 won in cash and one toy helicopter in the city.

B.
