1. As to the Plaintiff A’s KRW 14,00,00, and KRW 8,500,000 for each of the said money and each of the said money to the Plaintiff B and C, respectively.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The parties 1) The Defendant is the Gangnam-gu Seoul EF Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).
2) G (H) is an incorporated foundation operating the deceased (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”), and the deceased’s spouse, and the Plaintiff B and C are the deceased’s children.
B. Around 198, the Deceased’s head of the Defendant Hospital: (a) the Deceased was diagnosed with B-type infection; (b) on August 16, 201, the Deceased was administered after blood examination at the fire extinguishers department of the Defendant Hospital; and (c) the Deceased was recommended from the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital to undergo tracking for early detection of liver cancer at intervals of six months; and (d) on May 17, 2012 through February 16, 2016, the Deceased was recommended to undergo tracking for the early detection of liver cancer; and (e) on a regular basis, the Defendant hospital was examined to check whether there was liver diseases and liver cancer due to the progress of liver infection at approximately six months at intervals of six months.
3) The Deceased underwent the same inspection on December 23, 2014. As a result of the early wave test on the part of the Deceased, it was read that there was no abnormal opinion such as ring leader. As a result of the blood test, the blood test showed that the blood pyalababane white was 2.7 ng/ml, which is the normal range (0 to 8.1 ng/ml), but the skin II was recommended that the blood pyalababab was 48m/ml above the normal range (0 to 40/ml) and that the blood pynba was 48m/mn (0/ml) and that the blood pynbaba was dnbaba and 6 months later. 4) On September 15, 2015, the Deceased was the normal view as a result of the blood pyala’s first wave test, and that the blood pyababababa was 144m/5m20m.
5 On February 16, 2016, the Deceased was removed from the Defendant Hospital to undergo the same inspection, and it does not seem obvious rings between the two as a result of the second wave test.
