1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties 1) Defendant D is the annual household school of Defendant School Foundation (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”).

(ii) the Gangnam Synam Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Hospital”) operated by the Gangnam Synam Hospital;

) The deceased E (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) with his/her intention in office.

B. The deceased’s internal source and treatment 1) The deceased was diagnosed with B-type hepatitis germs and liver infection, as a result of the health examination on March 10, 2008, and was provided with medical treatment outside the fire extinguisher at the Defendant hospital. 2) The deceased was diagnosed with liver cells on December 24, 2010 as a result of CT and MRI testing on January 12, 201, and on January 17, 201, respectively. Around March 10, 201, CT cell cancer was confirmed as a result of the health examination on March 10, 201, and was additionally provided with chemical ch-type cancer around March 17, 201 and April 16, 2014.

C. (1) On May 22, 2014, the Deceased was hospitalized in the Defendant hospital to undergo a simplified surgery of a dead body donated to brain-dead persons on or around May 23, 2014, and around May 23, 2014, the Deceased performed a simple surgery by Defendant D (hereinafter “instant surgery”).

(2) The medical personnel at the Defendant Hospital observed the deceased’s condition in the outer medical care room, and around May 26, 2014, the deceased showed a little increase in the deceased’s blood condition, but was restored to normal range from the next day after preservation treatment, and the inter-functional function of the deceased showed a normal progress. The medical personnel at the Defendant Hospital showed a normal progress of the operation without any symptoms that can be seen as a merger certificate after the instant operation, and was released from the deceased on June 4, 2014.

3 The medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital confirmed that the blood test conducted on June 10, 2014 on the deceased living together with the outside of the hospital and the blood test conducted on the condition that the blood test conducted on the deceased's blood level increased to 2.19.
