Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 1128"

1. On November 18, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime, around 08:40 on November 18, 2014, went into the “E” operated by the victim D on the third floor of the Kucheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and carried 300,000 won in cash owned by the victim who was under custody in the Spanece.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.

2. On March 25, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime around 08:52, on March 25, 2015, into dental surgery to steal cash located on the fifth floor of the F building of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, on March 25, 2015, the Defendant intruded into the interior of dental surgery in order to steal cash, but the victim H did not have the intent at the wind attached to the receiving unit.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on a structure managed by the victim, and attempted to steals the victim's property.

3. On March 25, 2015, at around 08:55, the Defendant, on March 25, 2015, intruded into “the victim I, who was under custody in the Spanece, with the victim’s cash of KRW 230,000,00 in the Spanece,” around 08:5 on March 25, 2015, the Defendant carried out a white bag with the victim’s cash of KRW 230,000 in the Spance, which was kept in the Spanece.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.

4. Around March 28, 2015, the Defendant, from around 12:00 to around 14:00 on the same day, intruded into “M internal department” operated by the third floor of the building of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and used the cres without any means in the reception stand, carried 200,000 won in cash owned by the victim who was under custody in the West of the reception stand.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.

5. Around March 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded the “P dental hospital” operated by the victim’sO on March 30, 2015, around 06:34, in a case where the Defendant committed the crime; and (b) used the gap without any change in the reception unit.
