On October 4, 2015, the Defendant is a driver of B LA car, and under the influence of alcohol level of 0.084% at around 02:20 on October 4, 2015, the Defendant driven the said vehicle up to approximately 2 km in front of the floor near the port of the same year in the vicinity of the port of the B-SA TA located in Busan Shipping Daegu Stadong.
