A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On May 21, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 to a fine of KRW 1,500,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Jinwon District Court's Jinju branch on May 21, 2003, and a fine of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for the same crime in the same court on July 2, 2008, respectively. On April 8, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 to a fine of KRW 1,50,00 for the same crime in the same court on April 8, 2009, respectively. The Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Changwon District Court's Jinwon District Court's imprisonment with labor for the same crime on November 30, 2016 and completed the sentence in the Jeju District Court on July 29, 2017.

[2] On December 6, 2017, at around 08:45, the Defendant driven a 25 ton truck with the Defendant’s alcohol level 0.086% under the influence of alcohol in blood, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the section of the section of the 500th section from the Do in front of the 24-cc convenience store in Southern-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do to the restoration road in front of the Yacheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do.
