Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Jinwon District Court's Jinju on May 9, 2012, and was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Jinwon District Court's Jinju branch on August 26, 2015, and was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Jinwon District Court's Jinwon District Court's Jinju branch on March 26, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. On November 19, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.161% in blood, without obtaining a driver’s license for a vehicle at around 16:22 on November 19, 2016, the Defendant driven a C Cppctra car at the 1km section from the front day of the Tridong Sc-dong Scira to the front road of about 491, Jindong-dong, which is located in the same rith of Jin-si, the Jin-dong, which is located in the same rith of Jin-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant, without a driver's license, driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol, while driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol not less than twice while driving the said vehicle.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is a holder of CP motor vehicle.

No one shall operate a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, but the defendant operated the motor vehicle in the same manner as Paragraph 1, at the same time and place as Paragraph 1.
