A Imprisonment with prison labor of two years and fines of 15 million won, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 3 million won, Defendant C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and one million won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A, “2016 Highest 9569,” is a business owner operating sexual traffic establishments under the trade name of “G” on the first floor of the F building underground of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant B and Defendant C are the head of the above business establishment.
From May 9, 2016 to May 20, 2016, the Defendants controlled the operation of the Internet site advertisement, reservation, guidance, management of earnings, etc. including “H”, and Defendant B conspired with female employees, such as N,O, P, Q, R, S, T, and U, etc. to engage in sexual intercourse or similarity with the purchase of the said gender by having Defendant B notify the Defendant of the operation method based on the experience in the operation of the said Internet site and take charge of the management of the said Internet site advertisement and management of female employees, etc.
Defendant A, the first floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government FF Building, has overall control over the operation of Internet site advertisements, such as “H,” pre-contracts, guidance, and revenue management, with the trade name of “G” from the first floor of “G”, and Defendant D was in charge of the affairs such as cleaning of business places, the preparation for police control, etc.
On May 26, 2016, the Defendants received at least KRW 50,00 or KRW 180,00 as the price for sexual traffic from the male members of the said establishment independently from May 21, 2016 to May 25, 2016, and ordered V and W, who are female employees of the said establishment, to perform sexual intercourse or similarity with the above sexual purchase.
As a result, Defendants conspired to act as a broker for commercial sex acts.
