A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 31, 2018, around 23:23:3, the Defendant damaged the victim’s property by making the victim’s moving-out part of the front car of the said car to be 314,334 won in repair cost, by making the D car owned by the victim C parked outside the parking line and sleeped through snow, and slicking the front part of the said car.

2. The Defendant, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1, was aware of the foregoing reason, and on the ground that he asked the police officer F of the Jinju Police Station E box, who was called out after having received a report on 112 for the foregoing reason, followed the instant situation by asking the police officer F of the police box affiliated with the Jinju Police Station E box, who was called out.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on 112 reporting processing affairs.
