A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 23, 2018, the Defendant damaged property: D on March 23, 2018, located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the security personnel F was requested to leave due to the closure point, and later, after leaving the 1st floor parking lot, the Defendant driven the GM3 car, driving the GM3 car, and displayed it.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the parking blocking machine with a cost equivalent to KRW 550,000 in the market price as above.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers regarding the prevention and suppression of crimes as above.
