A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 21, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (refluence of the measurement of drinking level) (i.e., the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol on the roads in front of the awning intersection 6-3, 23:17 through 23:26, Goung-gun, Goung-gun, Goung-gun, Goung-gun, Goung-gun, who was under the influence of alcohol on the roads in front of the awning intersection 6-3, and was dispatched after being reported 12, and was under the influence of alcohol from D and E, a police officer belonging to the police box of Goungung-gu Police Station, and refused to take a alcohol measurement on several occasions, and thus, the Defendant was subject to a request for a alcohol measurement on several occasions, while denying the fact of driving.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted D and E and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of the police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression, investigation, etc. of the above crimes.
