1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;
2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From August 31, 2013 to 14:20 on August 31, 2013, the Defendant stolen KRW 80,000 in cash, which is owned by the members of the victim Diplomatic Association, by inserting the tapes prepared in advance to make a contribution in the first floor of the Diplomatic Association located in Suwon-gu, Busan and taking them into account.
2. Night building thief;
A. On September 19, 2013, at around 20:30 on September 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the instant D D D D D D D D D D D D D's worship and destroyed the said unconstitutionality by generating it; and (b) stolen the said unconstitutionality with cash worth of KRW 300,000, which is owned by the members of the victim D'
B. On November 23, 2013, from around 21:10 to 21:20 on November 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the G draft operated by the victim F of the victim F in Suwon-gu, Busan; and (b) destroyed the draft by taking steps to extinguish the draft; (c) subsequently, the Defendant stolen cash amounting to KRW 230,000, which is the victim’s possession.
C. On December 8, 2013, at around 00:15, the Defendant intruded into the above G, and collected the Defendant’s hacker belt attached with two sides tape in front of the entrance, and then stolen the cash in the same way by taking out the cash in front of the hacker, thereby cutting it out in the same manner.
