The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years and by the crimes specified in paragraphs (2) and (3) for each crime under paragraph (1) of this Article.

Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for two years and three years of suspended execution with prison labor for robbery and injury by robbery at the Sung-nam Branch of Suwon District Court on November 6, 2008, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 14, 2008.

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims thereof, bodily injury, rape, etc.;

A. On August 2, 2008, from around 3:00 to around 3:30 of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection, etc. of the Victims, the Defendant intruded into the house of the Victim E and B02 in Gyeonggi-nam-si, and the Victim E and B02 (the age 24 years of age), and tried to discover the victim who was diving from the floor of the bed room, cut off the victim's panty, and put the victim into the part of the victim by hand by leaving the panty of the victim's body.

During that process, the victim's shoulderer and the defendant tried to rape the victim by threatening the victim's hinging the victim's hing with both hands, and threatening the victim to "to e.g., hinging the face," but at that time, the victim failed to achieve that intent with the wind that the victim's living south of the victim's living together, if he/she was divingd with the hing of the victim's growth."

Accordingly, the Defendant attempted to rape the Victim F with the attempted rape.

B. When the Defendant was aware of having raped F as described in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) brought an injury to the victim G (the 25-year-old) who was living together with F, with the left hand hand on the body of the victim G (the 25-year-old), and threatened him as if he were to go against the victim’s neck; (b) took the face of the victim by drinking, and (c) took the face of the victim, thereby causing four injury to the victim G in front of the number of days of treatment.

C. On August 23, 2008, at around 02:50, the Defendant discovered the victim I (n, 37 years of age) who was in her home under the influence of alcohol on the lending rooftop in the middle-gu Howon-gu, Jinnam-gu, Ginnam-gu, Ginnam-gu, Ginnam-gu, and the victim is the victim's grandchildren following that her mother.
