Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2012 Highest 1286" Defendant is a person working as the F Headquarters G Team Vice-President of D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "E").
(1) On September 1, 201, the Defendant received KRW 10 million from J, the representative director of the I Co., Ltd., who supplies the sealing of radiation contamination cumulative to the head of the F Co., Ltd., the Defendant, at the front coffee H apartment in Busan Shipping Daegu, and received KRW 10 million from the Defendant at the same place as of March 10, 201, and under the same pretext, via the above J’s wifeK.
Accordingly, the defendant received the total amount of KRW 20 million in relation to the duties of E executives and employees deemed public officials.

1. The acceptance of bribe from L (M) is a person who serves as the F Headquarters G Team Director General;
The Defendant: (1) around April 201, at the Defendant’s dwelling place located in the Busan metropolitan area, 450,000 won for the Samsung robot cleaning machine’s market price was delivered; (2) around May 201, at the above dwelling place, at the delivery of KRW 20,000,000,000 for the vehicle screen box’s market price through the above department P; and (3) around August 16, 201, at the KTX Gwangju metropolitan area located in the foregoing department P and around August 16, 201, the Defendant received KRW 9,00,000 through the above P.
2. The Defendant received KRW 10,000,000 from Q (1) on June 201, 201 to the effect that the Defendant received KRW 10,000 from Q, a senior personnel of Q, who supplied measuring instruments, etc. to Q, and received KRW 10,00,000,00 for the same purpose from the said Q, at the same place as the first patrol officer on December 201, 201, to the effect that the Defendant received KRW 10,000 from said Q to the same effect.
As a result, the defendant received the total amount of KRW 29 million in relation to the duties of E executives and employees deemed public officials, and received the total amount of KRW 650,000 in the market price.
