A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, the representative director of the E company that supplies the electric motor, power generator, pumps, etc. to the Korea Water and Atomic Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Water and Plant”), was the representative director of the E company that supplies the headquarters to the Korea Water and Atomic Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Water and Plant”). From March 200 to April 2009, the Defendant granted KRW 3 million at the Korea-U.S. head office located in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. In addition, the Defendant granted 330,000,000 won to the officers and employees of Hanwon on a total of four occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 1, among the first police officers and employees around that time from that time to January 2011, and granted 33,000,000 won in total, along with illegal solicitation, to make an illegal solicitation and grant property

B. Around September 201, the Defendant issued 100 million won to the said G with the purport that the offering of a bribe would bring about convenience in entering into and proceeding with the Hanwon Supply Contract, on the roads near the Busan High apartment Daegu J apartment G, Busan.

Accordingly, the Defendant granted 100 million won in relation to the above G duties, which are officers and employees of Hanwon as public officials.
