A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed any of the following crimes under the state that he/she has a lack of ability to discern things or make decisions due to early illness:

On the ground that the Defendant continued to the effect that the victim stated to the effect that “the victim was entering the Defendant’s account,” the Defendant turned the victim over the floor and knee and knee and right-hand drinking, making it possible for the victim to take the part of the victim’s name and head.
