All appeals by prosecutors are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Defendant 1’s defamation. ① The comments posted by the Defendant are not false, but did not have the intent to commit the crime of defamation of false facts, and thus, there was no criminal intent to commit the crime of defamation of false facts. ② The comments posted by the Defendant are likely to know that they were referred to the victim, and ③ It is related to the public interest and is not related to the public interest, and does not constitute a crime of defamation. ② The facts charged with the crime of interference with business of this case cannot be acknowledged solely with the evidence submitted by the prosecutor alone.

B. In light of the fact that the prosecutor (unfairness) Defendant inflicted enormous damage on the victims through the instant crime, and did not reflect his fault, the above sentence imposed by the court below on the Defendant is too uneased and unreasonable.
