1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months;

2. Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and two months at the Seoul Central District Court on July 25, 2013 for a violation of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on August 2, 2013. Defendant B was sentenced to a total amount of stock price manipulation against KOSDAQ-listed companies on which the said judgment became final and conclusive. Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on November 12, 2010 for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively weapons, etc.), and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years at the Seoul Central District Court on November 20, 2010; Defendant C was a X-affiliated employee of the said violent crime organization; Defendant D was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years at the Seoul Central District Court on November 27, 2008; Defendant D was sentenced to an attempted sentence of six months at the Seoul Central District Court on June 21, 2009; Defendant C was still subject to a suspended sentence of one of the said Seoul Central District Court on June 21, 21, 201.

No person who violates the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act of Defendant A, D, E, F, G, C, or H shall trade, entrust, or be entrusted with, the trading of listed securities with a view to inducing the trading of such securities, as the trading of such securities is booming, or with a view to changing the market price thereof;

Nevertheless, the representative AA of the Z (hereinafter “Z”) of the Z (hereinafter “Z”) on August 201, 201, through Defendant D, the Z owner of the Z (hereinafter “Z”) falls below the bottom of KRW 2,300,00, in the studulum in which it is impossible to identify the trade name in the Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seo-gu.
