A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person other than a person handling narcotics, etc. (a) shall be prohibited from growing, possessing, possessing, receiving, transporting, keeping or using marijuana;

On October 201, 201, the Defendant possessed marijuana d, which was collected from wild marijuana in the vicinity of Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, and its seeds, in the manner of keeping them in the Defendant’s house located in Gangwon Hongcheon-gun, Suwon, by May 201.

B. Around May 2012, the Defendant: (a) cut the hemp seeds collected at the center of the Defendant’s house located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun; (b) removed the seeds of the hemp seeds collected in the same manner as the above paragraph (a); and (c) managed and cultivated two marijuanas by installing a support unit after a certain degree of disturbance.

C. From July 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) carried approximately 33.91g of marijuana, collected and dried at two marijuana cultivated as above (b) above, in the paper boxes located inside the said Defendant’s house, until July 27, 2013.

From May 2013 to July 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sold the hemp seeds collected from marijuana cultivated from the above Defendant’s house at the top of the said Defendant’s house; (b) removed the hemp seeds around the sapon; and (c) managed and cultivated four marijuana seeds to a certain extent by installing a support unit after a disturbance.

2. Any person who violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (referring to the act of smoking or taking in marijuana or marijuana seed coats; and

A. On October 10, 201, the Defendant, at around 19:00 in the middle of 19:00, extracted from the Defendant’s house located in Hongcheon-gun D, as referred to in paragraph 1(a), and dried marijuana directly produced by the Defendant, stored it in the pipe for smoking marijuana manufactured by the Defendant, and then smoked twice through a method of cutting off the marijuana as soon as possible by attaching a fire.

B. The Defendant, around 19:00 on July 15, 2012, at the house of the Defendant, located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, the same as the foregoing paragraph (a).
